Interested in what your take on all this is, and ultimately what the majority of us can learn from you.

Just because you are old doesn't give you a pass on being a lazy faggot.

Well there's a nice specific question. Are you just fishing for old grandpa rambles?

ASKMRP is lower standards for submissions but think of a more specific question, and put in maybe an ounce of effort before you post.

FYI, I know over 60 alphas, betas and omegas... they're the same , they just care less and talk about grandchildren all the time and you have to talk a little louder and right at them so they can hear what you're saying.

60+ year old. Working hard on MRP since Sept 2018. Other than no kids at home, everything else is exactly the same as the other guys posting and what you will learn from the sidebar.

Read Sidebar, Lift, STFU, Read Sidebar 2nd time.....and keep reading.

MRP tools and principles are not simple to understand and takes time and effort to implement. It does work. 12 years with wife....I have another 6 months of work....and even then it never ends. Continuous improvement and learning. No shortcuts to becoming a better man.

Yes, slightly.

See my posts and comments; YMMV.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
