I got dumped by a girl ~a month ago. We’re in overlapping social circles, And I’m having trouble understanding what’s going on/how to act so I’m looking for some insight from my wise elders.

Situation: we started hooking up 5 months ago, let’s say October. She had just gotten out of a 5 year relationship +engagement, so I was trying to take things slow/not over invest, but she kept asking me to “try” so I decided to give it a shot and be serious (exclusivity). I capitulated in January which immediately led to her pulling away until everything ended a few weeks after with her completely ignoring me one night we were out together. I got a bit oneitsey (just started to see a therapist to address why this may be), but I want to be “adult” about the whole thing.

At first she wanted to hang out and talk still. Didn’t really pan out (good), but now that I’ve started hooking up with other girls, she refuses to come out and friends are showing me texts where she’s really pissed that I’m hooking up. I shouldn’t care, but I do. Can y’all tear into me and help me understand what’s going on/what the best course of action is? I really don’t think she’s jealous, but probably just wants there to be some drama because it makes life more interesting.

I’ve read TRP fairly extensively and am aware I misstepped numerous times here (e.g. being the rebound guy, exclusivity, not cutting off contact completely, etc.). I also logically know that the best course would likely be remove from all social media and cut off contact beyond short/polite responses. That being said, I could obviously use some pointers.
