I really struggle with cold approach since 1 year. I'm french and it's not the same as in the US. But still, I got to work on my day game since I'm not in the top 20% with my facial attributes and can't rely on dating apps even to get new plates.

I'm putting too much pressure on myself, I feel overwhelmed often. On a good day I can cold approach several women in day time at a grocery store or whatever, but surely not the hot babes. It sure feels really weird when I do that and I'm not confortable but I know it's the process. My best day is 4 cold approach. But I mostly have bad days where I can't do anything. I go with the intent of cold approaching, nothing more. And I just can't, I'm stuck in my head, fully aware of my anxiety, fully aware of my comfort zone, fully aware it's one of those days. And it resonate strong as a failure. It results with less motivation, increased anxiety, and self-pity.

I know this is just some cognitive dissonance. I know I must go out there and try again. I know it's not really a failure but just a part of the learning experience. But I don't know how to figure out a plan that can work without hindering my self confidence.

The end goal is to do 250 cold approach in 16 weeks. I want to feel ok with rejection, and lower my level of anxiety.

First week 1 CA, second week 2 CA [...] and last week 35 CA.

There are 3 axes I want to set up. - Going very progressively. - Gamify this experiment and have fun. - Don't view bad days as the end of the world.

What are your usefull advice to achieve that ?
