So, the answer is actually very straight forward, but that's boring, so I've over-complicated it for you by writing it up as a 3 step maneuver:

1) When all your friends start crowding around you, make some kind of humorous comment about how everyone always follows what you do. I'll leave the specific wording up to you and the context of the situation. This step, itself, has 2 benefits: 1.A) Anyone who doesn't want to be perceived as a follower will defensively go find something else to do, thus proving you wrong (and likewise reducing the # of unintentional cockblockers) 1.B) It is really just bragsplaining about your leadership and alpha-ness. If it is used correctly, it calls proper attention to your SMV.

2) Spend a few brief moments leading the group (i.e. tell them what you're objective is and what you've already done), then a few moments slowly letting your "helpers" take control of the project. Nothing demonstrates the ability to lead others like actually setting others to a task. Sure, you could do it all yourself, but then you're just a lone-wolf. By getting others to follow your directions, you're now inherently taking the spot of AMOG.

3) After a bit, slowly, but steadily, back da fuq out. While everyone is focused on whatever task you set the team to, slip out for a drink, a piss, whatever is most convenient. Delegate someone else to lead the project from here ("Jimmy, if you don't get these fools to finish this puzzle, you're buying the next keg!". Now, they're all stuck on trying to accomplish the goal you set for them (and prove their value to you), while at the same time freeing yourself up to move in on the lady of your designs.

Not only does it up your position inthe social circle, but if you use it correctly, the thing that everyone was crowding around you for now becomes the distraction that actually allows you to get away from all of them.

I do want to echo some of the other comments here... It's usually a very bad idea to be the aggressor in a situation with a house guest who doesn't have options on where to go. You certainly don't want any potential next-morning-regrets to turn you into a creeper or rapist who took advantage of her.

Therefore, your best chance at both getting the girl AND not becoming a pariah of your social group is to escalate in a way that makes HER come to YOU. Specifically when she's not drunk, though...

Then, it's her decision, and she can come back the next day, or whenever, and say "this isn't working out", but she can't say "you took advantage of me."

This is why you must always isolate your target; Hey, it's too crowded here let's go to a quieter part of the bar. If she goes to another spot with you alone then it builds trust and allows you to avoid external disruptions.

If it's unintentional, you need to tell your mates what they're doing so that they can knock it the fuck off. If it persists, well then you know to stop bringing your women around these guys.

Its probably for the best that you don't hit that, try and get her on neutral terms and see if she takes the bait but pushing for something where she needs a place to stay isn't the best position to be in
