Nothing you can do ABOUT it, but what you can do forward is possible.

Assuming this was a proper plate and she’s only seen the “alpha” side of you, that’s all she knows, now she knows you have feelings, youre not that stoic brute, you’re not a stone wall anymore. She now feels as if you’re comfortable with her. After all, you cried, and embraced the comfort she supplied to you. In an LTR or anything that’s more than just sex, its fine if the girl sees you do something/act beta every once in a blue moon, it shows you’re human and tells her she’s more to you than just sex. it only really becomes a problem if you use her as your only emotional outlet, always complaining to her, venting your feelings etc. That’s for you to handle alone on your own time or with your bro’s.

For the future, act like it never happened and continue that alpha facade you’ve already established. If she’s a keeper, this won’t effect her negatively, if anything, it’ll be positive (if she’s a potential LTR) cuz she’s probably gotten a sense of comfort knowing you let some walls down for her. After all, any girl who sticks with you and supports you through your lows is a good girl in my book, especially for an ltr.

Try your best not to let it happen again tho because if she sees too much of your beta side, she’ll get the impression that you were faking your “alphaness” all along and will branch swing onto a guy that’s proven himself as “truly alpha”.

eh this isn't as big a deal as people make it out to be.

crying in front of a girl shows authenticity and vulnerability, which are huge in building comfort.

If it was something genuinely bad / disappointing like not getting a big promotion, or someone dying, then no decent human would hold crying against you.

If you're crying cuz ur magazines arrived late, yeah not much u can do to save face.

Nothing wrong with crying, particularly for the right reason.

IMO there is nothing to salvage, accept it. You are human, don't feel like you have done anything wrong.

If you are worried or insecure, then check your frame. go on like nothing happened. Hell you can even thank her for being there for you. Make no apologies, make sure it does not affect your confidence.

Carry on about your business.
