Another reason why you should not mix TRP (life guidance) with finance.

In case you idiots did not read past the headline, the divorce made her the FOURTH RICHEST WOMEN ON THE PLANET. She is walking away with 35.7 BILLION. Giving Bezos control means her shares will APPRECIATE. She might end up as the richest female in a few years.

This narrative that she’s some angel who is willing to give Bezos his money has got to stop. The lawyer fees were adding up. She decided to walk with more money than she can spend in her lifetime, AND keep her dignity.

Her future ventures will be met with support. “Look - she didn’t rob Bezos dry! She’s a good woman, let’s get her on our TV show. Let’s publish her book”. She is walking with cash, stocks, net worth, AND her reputation. Plus whatever hush money was given under the table.

She was a big part in getting Amazon off the ground. She was the bread winner while Jeff was not making any money. She could have gotten a lot more but settle for something reasonable while still extremely rich. She did not try to fuck him over or divorce rape him. Incels come and downvote me.

My takeaway from that situation is that you should never get married unless the laws change (spoiler warning: they won't). If you're hell bent on marriage do it privately, and don't involve the state. If she's truly a woman of quality who has something to offer then she shouldn't have to rely on a legally binding contract designed to strip you of your resources if the relationship goes south.

One other thing I got from this, don't get into an LTR with a woman who thinks it's okay to fuck you while you're still in a relationship.

I don't know the details of this specific case but if it is like a lot of divorces he is paying her to shut up and go away. Money well spent imo.

That is mostly real money. Therefore the amount is less. You want to walk away with cash it will be much less.
