The first thing that you should learn from The Red Pill is that your traditional notions about an "ideal woman" are all wrong. There are no unicorns.

It's better to think of "ideal" as "ideal for Red Pill transformation". That is to say, women who are ready and willing to accept your leadership. With that said, the list is pretty simple:

1) She has a healthy appreciation for gender roles. She's a feminine girl, she likes masculine men, and she acknowledges this fact without shame.

2) She hasn't been indoctrinated by feminist nonsense. That means she's not fixated on her personal duty to the impersonal Female Collective. Instead, she takes the feelings and needs of men into account as well.

3) She is not psychologically damaged. Victims of abuse often gravitate towards doctrines like feminism out of a need for security and control through micromanaging other people's lives. An ideal girl has no inherent distrust for men or underlying insecurities which inform her biases and influence her actions.

That's about as ideal as a woman can get. The key point here is that Red Pill women are not born. They are made. By you.

She needs to realize her "nature" that women live in an emotional hamster wheel. If she realizes this in herself then she becomes capable of realizing that a man can serve as her rock grounding her to the real world.

Once this honesty about natures truth exists things will work the best.

Most women are spinning in a world disconnected from reality which is why we are all in such bad shape. Feminism encourages this disconnection and makes it harder for a woman to ever touch the ground. Many women today will live their entire lives not knowing themselves. But this is true for beta males as well, to be beta means never knowing truth also.

Generally intelligent.: Book smarts are a plus.
Compassionate and empathic.: I want my woman to be able to tell when I'm in a bad mood, if she can take initiative to alleviating that bad mood, all the better
Willing to improve self.: I'm not saying she has to go to the gym 3 days out of the week, but if she puts on 20 lbs, I want her to realize that's not healthy, and be willing to burn it off.
Fiscally Frugal: AKA Don't go out to the mall every weekend and blow our Savings account on flashy and/or gaudy accessories.

Obviously, as you can see, there are not many women in the US that fit this criteria...at least not from my experience.

And just because I feel like adding it, some visual qualifiers of what I find most attractive.

Petite body frame
C-cups
Athletic legs
Glasses (It's an endearment thing. A girl confident about herself enough to wear glasses, as opposed to contacts, is sexy, imo)

What are you? Five? Who asks these questions anymore? ...fine fine... I'll play along. I don't think an ideal woman exists. Period. We all go through so many changes and so fast we don't even realise it ourselves sometimes. So in this regards, who does not seem "ideal" to me at the moment, may as well be the actual "ideal" one in about 10 years later or so, and/or vice versa. The change can either be from my end, or hers. I think even (happy) marriages also work in this same aspect. But what do I know? I'm not married! What do you care anyway? Go ask someone else these silly questions. DUH!
