You can't let it define you. Realize that your penis size is not known by the women until you're at the point of having sex. Once you've gotten to that point you've already succeeded. If keeping her satisfied is a concern of yours, and it certainly matters to a degree if you want to repeat, then there are other parts of your body you can use to make up for your deficiencies elsewhere.

Instead of telling you to "suck it up" like other posters, I'm going to attempt to give you some practical advice here. I'm also open to discussions and other helpful advice.

If you're fat or overweight, lose that belly fat. Loosing belly fat could add 1-2 inches to your penis length.
Watching too much porn could also reduce your fully erected size. I find that 3-4 days of no-fap + working out make my erect penis look fuller and longer. Almost at least half an inch extra. I think it has something to do with blood flow test level.
Having big cock is like having tight vagina. Sure, you would rather have sex with women with tighter vagina but if the girl is good at BJ, have pleasant personality, etc... how tight her vagina is seems less relevant. I don't know about you, but sexually, I usually don't even whip it out until after oral/manual things have happened. Usually, after she's already climaxed once. I'm somewhat average myself, at around 6", and I can't imagine anyone turning you down because of size when they're already a wet mess.

My general advice, to control frame, is to go into the situation with a position of authority and expectation, which is how I usually treat it. Why worry about frame when you can actually make your dick bigger?
