So for my college history course, today consisted of an active discussion regarding a trial during the era of slavery. The trial was about a mulatto (half black/half white) slave and his accused rape of a white woman. There were many different perspectives we had to read. Many of these perspectives claimed that the white woman was drinking all night and flirting quite heavily with this slave, as while they were partying, race was not of issue. These perspectives also claimed that the slave rejected the woman after she took him into a back barn, and left the barn shortly after. However, alternate perspectives (other females and some whites) claimed they heard screams from the barn and that the slave had obviously raped her. Now this was long ago and I have no clue what actually happened, and I am not going to judge what I think happened, but I'd like to make an observation regarding the stances those in my class took. Literally every single female that was given the opportunity to talk sided with the woman. They claimed that you must listen to the woman because what other does she have than her word? She could not have provided any evidence and it was likely that the male slaves were experiencing sexual frustration. Some betas also took sides with the white woman. It took a couple alphas to acknowledge a more reasonable perspective: That she was drunk, mad at getting rejected, and used the rape as blackmail (much like what can now legally be done in Argentina to prosecute a male), because she knew she could get away with it, him being a slave of inferior social class. I won't continue, as many of you can see where I'm going with this. But I think it serves as a clear example of the inferiority complex many females still have today, and why you need to man the fuck up and swallow the red pill. Thanks for reading and FUCK Argentina.
