so men are now entirely responsible for the consent-granting abilities and mental state of women, up to and including substances a woman chooses to take herself, with or without our knowledge...Got it.

Its the god damned patriarchy I tell you.

If only they could pick a side. Women can't be 'strong and independent' while still being helpless children. Of course, they really are helpless children, but keeping up the charade is tiring.

drug-slinging, group-sex-initiating degenerate

Honestly, that just sounds badass.

Looks like you've got a dozen great years ahead of you, yaardi.

But I'm 27 at the moment and I've never tried drugs or initiated a sex orgy. What a waste.

It really is, FYI Molly is overrated but can be fun.

Give me boner pills and weed... Mans got needs after all!

Why hasn't Jane Roe been expelled? Drug use and providing drugs to other people in order to initiate sex is against their morals and charter, which Jane Roe did.

Basically Doe and Roe where orgy loving, drug taking pimps. Roe got to stay because she played the victim card?

Expel both or neither.

Read that as Joe rogan lmao

[–]JumpXVI6 points7 points8 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Hmmm, alcohol is an "impairing substance." I guess this means that the "1 in 5 college women are raped" figure (that's definitely true and certainly not actually 0.03 in 5) can be adjusted upward to 4.5 in 5?

[–]Endorsed ContributorScholarInRed0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Don't give them ideas, men are deep enough in shit as it is.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link

Ladies, with equality, comes agency. The two are inseparable.

That is not to say that I actually believe in the idea of egalitarianism in the first place, but that's another conversation.

Soon guys will need time-stamped video testimony and a toxicology screen on file with the state before every BJ.

While holding up 2 peices of government issued photo ID and reciting her name and birthdate for the official record...

Oh yeah and don't forget the lawyers and notaries who get the consent for sexual interaction papers drawn up.

And her grandma verifying that it is indeed her.

Learn a trade, gentlemen. Why anyone would pay an institution literally tens of thousands of dollars to be told what a horrible person they are is beyond me.

If I was him id pull a Snowden move to Russia and then send lewd group sex post cards for the next fifty years.

"...violated Reed's honor principle..."

Yeah, here's their honor principle: "Did his check clear?" F them.

There are more details in this article here:

http://www.oregonlive.com/portland/index.ssf/2015/04/reed_college_students_group_se.html

According to the guy's lawsuit, him, his girlfriend and another woman all took Molly together and had a grand ol' time, with no complaint from the 'victim'. Things went to hell when they broke up and the guy started dating one of his ex's friends. There was a drunken blow up where she punches him in the jaw.

After that, probably in response to reports that the guy was sharing a sex video of them with his buddies, she goes to campus security and tells them of being forced into the threesome.

So, three people get high and have sex. Several weeks after that, one of them punches another in the face. The only one who gets expelled? The guy who got punched. Such Bullshit.

If the guy had punched the girl in the face in the drunken shouting match, he probably would have been expelled on the spot.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Well if he took molly too, then she also raped him. In fact, each of the three of them all raped the other 2.

So clearly we have 6 cases of rape here. All students involved should be expelled.

Makes my fucking blood boil that some slag can get mad about a breakup and retroactively withdraw consent. Of course the fucking SJW administrators didn't hesitate in destroying this guy's future and reputation...

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

1) He's in a "liberal" college in Portland, Oregon, an SJW haven within a very SJW city.

2) All women in the drug having, party lifestyle are sluts without exception. All party girls are like that. It grants them attention, alcohol and drugs provides them with plausible deniability for sexual acts, and they like to amplify sexual pleasure with the influence of drugs.

3) People told me Warlock's Law was satire, "true, but said in an over the top way to get a point." hmmmm. Let's take a look at the article, Reed College students' group sex, drugs, sex tape at heart of Title IX lawsuit, then compare them to the corollaries of the law.

Roe wrote to Doe on Facebook about wanting to have sex with another attractive female student at Reed, shooting him a message that read, "(We) have to make her a sex goal this upcoming semester."

But in time, the lawsuit alleges, they became jealous of one another and accused each other of playing around. The two began to argue.

Sexual competition

[...] Doe's lawsuit alleges that Roe stole his cellphone to review his texts with other women and blocked their phone numbers. Another time, he alleges, he texted her to say he didn't want to see her, so she handcuffed herself to a friend and forced the friend to take her to his apartment.

She's batshit crazy, and feared the loss of her provisioning.

Warlock's Law: Corollary 5: The risk of withdrawn consent by the female can never be destroyed, with the odds [...] directly proportional to the [...] female's desire for commitment from the male before the act, the level of vendetta the female holds after failing to acquire commitment from the male after the act.

Things got ugly on Oct. 26, 2013, when they got drunk, argued and Roe [she] punched him in the jaw, the suit claims.

About that time, Doe broke things off with Roe and began dating one of her friends. They tried to keep it from Roe, but she found out. Meanwhile, according to the lawsuit, rumors circulated that Doe was showing a homemade sex video that he and Roe had made when they were dating.

Warlock's Law: Corollary 5: The risk of withdrawn consent by the female can never be destroyed, with the odds [...] directly proportional to the magnitude by which the female's perceived reputation may decline in the event her sexual indiscretions with the male were to reach the spot light.

Roe then falsely claimed to Granger and Assistant Dean Rowan Frost that Doe had coerced her into having sex with him and "AM" on the night of July 25, 2013, the lawsuit alleges. But she didn't want to file a police report.

Roosh V's: All Public Rape Allegations are false - "Where by the woman went to the media [in this case, the school] or called the media tipline before reporting the crime to the police is false. Anytime a woman publicly broadcasts a rape before using the proper channels before going to the authorities means she was a liar and in fact not raped"

Glad I'm not in college anymore....Jesus Christ they are killing fun.

[–]dicklord_airplane1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

he was high as well, so everyone involved was raping each other and should be expelled.

BTW, molly and ecstasy are different. molly doesn't have all the amphetamine (speed) in it, and i like it a lot more. i highly recommend molly if you haven't tried it. it makes people very friendly and touchy.

[–]mryddlin0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Reddit drug nerds, google safe roll it has a great article on how to balance the negatives.

[–]totorox0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

much more interesting: the rape-smeared university is suing Rolling Stone

http://www.oregonlive.com/today/index.ssf/2015/05/rolling_stone_sued_by_universi.html#incart_related_stories

[–]BreezeDM 0 points0 points0 points 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

TIL Molly is another name for ecstasy

[–]mryddlin1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago [recovered] (0 children) | Copy Link

Wrong, molly is another name for MDMA, Ecstasy usually has other shit in it too (meth and MDA)

[–][deleted] -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

To be fair, the school did say that even if he did not have group sex with her that he would have been expelled anyway. I'm not sure what school would keep a drug dealer in school. The sex is just the icing on the cake IMHO.

[–]unassumingusername75 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

It sets a bad precedent, because their unspoken logic is that an inebriated man has agency and can consent, but an inebriated woman cannot. Otherwise she'd be expelled too for raping him while he was impaired.

[–]Endorsed ContributorScholarInRed2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That was what I was thinking as I read the title and clicked.

Then I remembered 'equality'.
