According to the guy's lawsuit, him, his girlfriend and another woman all took Molly together and had a grand ol' time, with no complaint from the 'victim'. To be fair, the school did say that even if he did not have group sex with her that he would have been expelled anyway. I'm not sure what school would keep a drug dealer in school. The sex is just the icing on the cake IMHO.
