Rule #1: DON'T TAKE DATING ADVICE FROM WOMEN. EVER.

"Asking a woman how to get and keep another woman is like asking a fish how to catch and cook other fish."

New Rule: If a woman is irresponsible enough to have pictures of her tits somewhere on the internet, then those tits are the only things of note about her. Anything else about her is not worthy of your time.

[–]MajorStyles8 points9 points10 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Straight up. The stupidest man in the world is he who seeks his counsel from women.

New Rule: If a woman is irresponsible enough to have pictures of her tits somewhere on the internet, then those tits are the only things of note about her. Anything else about her is not worthy of your time.

I'm just quoting this knowing that my ex will stalk my profile and see it. Hi, babe, sup ?

Also, kids : when she tells you with all certainty that "You know, lingerie pictures are much more sexual than nude pictures most of the time !" to justify posing nude for photographers; no matter how good she looks, just bail.

Obligatory gender-swap: imagine if Ryan Gosling were to write an open letter to girls, telling them what they should and should not do to be attractive. Facebook would with explode femisphere-tears saying that no man has the right to find certain things attractive/unattractive about women.

With that said, though, this is a pretty good list. It's not the usual "please supplicate meeee" crap we've come to expect. I appreciate that much, at least.

[–]1 Endorsed Contributormordanus8 points9 points10 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That's because men are fixers. If a problem is pointed out to us we will immediately try to fix it. If we think we can do better after reading a list on the internet then we try. Women are not fixers. They want men to solve their problems for them. So when they are presented with a list of what is attractive and it isn't something they feel like doing anyway then they will cry about it forever.

[–]MajorStyles2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Ditto. As long as men are blocked from expressing an opinion on women in the media, then we should not give a fuck what Western women desire.

[–]JohnGalt3167 points8 points9 points 12 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

she nailed the exact reason why you should never get married

you still got to put the same effort in, but you don't get to bang whomever you want

[–]soulracer[S] 3 points4 points5 points 12 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I agree, but still in case of wanting to have children, I'd do marriage. This is for the child's practical sake not to lock anyone down, because it doesn't ensure that anymore.

[–]Marsvilta 4 points5 points6 points 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Eh, kids are overrated. Not everybody should have kids.

[–]soulracer[S] 5 points6 points7 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

It's a choice some men make. I would like to have my amazing genes carry on some day.

[–]JohnGalt3161 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

read up on some twin studies where they were raised by different families in different socioeconomic environments, but ended up with the same IQ and job status

We love your body.

As long as you still give us the tingles downstairs. You can have a potbelly or some other physical malady, but it has to be made up for in another way.

We remember forever

So expect shit tests over things you did/said and have undoubtedly forgotten by now!

Never complain about our friends

Complaining isn't sexy. It doesn't give us the tingles.

Remember what we like.

Shit test

We want you to order Scotch.

Do what we want.

Shit test

Stand up, open a door

We want you to make us feel special and act chivalrous, even if we're not acting like ladies.

Shit test

No shorts that go below the knee.

Wear what I want!

Shit test

(Those "capri" shorts are pretty ridiculous though)

No man should be on Facebook.

I don't want to feel obligated to "friend" you and have to hide all the other shit I'm doing behind your back!

About ogling

We're not attracted to men who are attracted to physical attributes we're practically putting on display.

Shit test

There are better words

I want to be a special snowflake!

Marriage changes very little.

Except now we can get fat...oh and now have the entire "justice" system in our corner.

Please, this is a joke. Never go to women for advice on how to get women.

[–]Endorsed ContributorNiftyDolphin0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The Feminine Imperative: Just like Big Brother, we are always watching and judging you. Conform.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The ogling part made me laugh. This woman has made an entire multimillion dollar career out of being stared at by men for her looks (mainly her huge tits) Oh the irony...

[–]moosik8510 points11 points12 points 12 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

No man should be on Facebook. It's an invasion of everyone's privacy. I really cannot stand it.

Smart girl. Facebook is for women and fags. It causes nothing but drama.

[–]soulracer[S] 5 points6 points7 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I only agree on the fact not the reason.

I only use Facebook for friends and family, and never Facebook someone I'm fucking. If I need to drop a girl from my life, I don't want the strings of Facebook. Also I don't want to open the door to questions. Yet it is possible to use it for useful things with women, ie dread game. Still that's too much effort.

[–]JohnnyBravo1112 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

100%. LOL at those who say "I use it for family and friends". Those I really care about speaking with, know what I'm up to and vice versa. If you don't know what I'm doing in my life then it's very likely I don't speak to you frequently, and there's a reason for that. People will always find reasons to keep it. I had a friend who claimed "dude, I keep it for my group projects" then it was "dude, I'm the VP of our frat, I need it to know what's going on". Now that we're out of school it's "dude, it's not that bad". lulz.

[–]eccentricrealist1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I use Facebook for my college groups. We upload homeworks there, clear each others' doubts, etc. Other than that it's pretty useless.

[–]2niczar1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I really don't get the FB hate. I have all my cousins, primary and high school friends in there. No exes. No drama.

[–]MajorStyles0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If you have a business, FB is handy at times.

[–]whitey_male7 points8 points9 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I hate Facebook. But fuck the scotch.

I think she's full of shit. Her husband looks very beta. She's high maintenance, pretentious and it's all about her.

Just get the boobs out woman.

She's just describing some Sean Connery/Don Draper act.

[–]soulracer[S] 8 points9 points10 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You really can't know a person from media appearances and characters in TV. No reason to assume she or her husband is any of that. Not that I'm trying to defend her, I don't know, and it's irrelevant.

I'm just sharing the content of the words, as a moderately interesting thing for a celebrity woman to say.

Also Sean Connery/Don Draper are pretty good role models for masculinity, whether you like Scotch or not. I personally drink straight Vodka, and hate Scotch.

[–]redpillshadow1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

She's just describing some Sean Connery/Don Draper act.

Cause the whole interview is just marketing for Mad Men. It is 4 years old.

[–]screwloose222 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

I'm actually okay with that....

[–]Soy_Panda0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

We want you to order Scotch. It's the most impressive drink order. It's classic. It's sexy. Such a rich color. The glass, the smell. It's not watered down with fruit juice. It's Scotch. And you ordered it.

"I want to decide what you like or not. I want to control everything about you."

[–]TheGingerPill1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Actually was product placement.

[–]mizzoufan19903 points4 points5 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

This seemed to be a lot about what women like. In my experience what a woman "likes" is irrelevant.

[–]MajorStyles2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Right. Because then she'll turn around and do the opposite.

[–]soulracer[S] 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Randomly stumbled upon this, somewhat expecting crap. She seems to make some decent honest comments not often heard by women. Nothing crazy insightful but at least her viewpoint seems to confirm some RP truths.

What do you think?

We Love the way you smell

Women love you for being a man, and your smell is a primal biological attractant. It's not rational.

We remember everything

Her point wasn't for men to be careful with what they say. Rather, it was to show the power of subconscious thinking in women. What may be an off cuff remark by men and quickly forgotten, women remember. Saying weak BP things, while you might not even realize it, women will file it in memory. On the flip side, saying and showing strong qualities will increase their attraction due to those details being on their minds. This also allows them to adapt to what you find attractive over time.

Additionally she's confirming dread game. The key to successful soft dread game, is saying these small things seemingly innocuous things, knowing that she'll remember and it paints this image in her mind. All the tiny details over time will build themselves up.

Order Scotch

Be manly. It's tradition, purity, roughness, etc..

Changing into lingerie is awkward

Nothing much here, except that it's sometimes easy to miss a positive effort which you can use to get turned on.

Marriage changes very little. Don't stop what you were doing. This is often said here about LTR. Game never ends.

The fuck?

[–]theozoph1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I wonder if that's a native advertisement for scotch? You know, "hey Christina, why don't you make a list of things you like about men, and add Scotch in there. We'll pay you ogles of money, ok?"

Ads that look like articles often take the form of lists. I smell a fish, there.

[–]Night--Writer0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Good list that goes into the mind of a woman- so thanks to her for being truthful.

Let's see which ones I got right.

Scotch... I got that part down. I have some Laphroaig QC in my little whisky/scotch bar. Love scotch.

Well, that's all of them.

[–]Endorsed ContributorVarrian0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Some good points, some irrelevant and others just plain wrong. As usual, take what you need and ditch the rest. If it works for you, then great; if not, remember to empty the recycle bin.

[–]cantcme130 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Loved it. Well written and humoured and I found it a radiant piece of enlightenment.

Sounds like this: http://media0.giphy.com/media/ScEGDjuU2JFzG/200_s.gif

I agree this "interview" is more like a steaming pile of shit you have to clean up. Only good for growing mushrooms

[–]maxpod -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Remember what we like.

This is a good advice. Women love this. Even the little things like her favourite chocolate or drink are worth to memorize. If you have many plates take notes. The moment will come when you can surprise her with that knowledge ie with a gift or ordering the right drink for her. It makes her hand-tame instantly and so much easier to handle...
