Hahaha, this is the most hilarious thing ever. People here are complaining it will make boys more girly. Maybe, but I doubt it.

Skirts used to be common military fashion for soldiers back in Roman Empire. They are light-weight and flexable, a lot easier to run around in. Feminists don't realize its for the benefit of girls that boys don't wear skirts anymore. Think about random erections, there will be no hiding that shit in a skirt.

Also imagine how easy its going to be for boys to flash there ass or junk at girls now.They are boys, they are definitely going to do.
