I'll try to make this brief but with enough backstory to give you an idea and any advice is welcome. We started dating in high school and I quickly found out that she had an eating disorder and had issues with her image. Most people would've ran away with how extreme it was but I kept at it and she has gotten better with it. We both decided to go to the same college and things were ok. She had lots of issues finding true friends for her and was even kicked out of her housing by her friends so she got her own apartment. I was working near home for that semester so I didn't live with her but the following semester we decided to live together (About 2.5 years in).

Now she has had many issues with friends backstabbing her (bad luck on a lot of these issues, not always her fault) as well as her mom diagnosed with MS, andI've always been there but sometimes I did feel overwhelmed with the amount of times I had to be there for her" and sometimes I didn't know what I could do and if this was going to be like this for the rest of our lives. We've gone on a couple of vacations together and we had already both been pretty comfortable w/ each other and maybe this was a part of the problem.

Anyways, recently she started getting better friends with a group of girls that I am also friends with and they went to a club saturday night. There were 4 of them and my gf and another girl had a bf and 2 girls were single. Obviously they drank and what not, and then they decided to start dancing w/ other guys. The other girl's bf said that she could dance w/ other guys but I just have never been comfortable with it. I know that I come off very jealous some time, but during our relationship the only thing I have ever asked of her is her to be just mine. She dances erm, very slutty, which is totally fine when I'm there because I know its just for me. At the club, she told me that since she saw her friend dancing w/ another guy, she also decided to. She danced with two guys, one for a few songs and then another for an hour. When I asked her how they were dancing, she said "you know how I dance".

She said that it made her feel attractive when the guys asked her to dance and she liked the "spontaneity fun" of it and how it reminded her of our first year dating". I know some guys don't find this as a big of a deal as me but I've seen her dancing and the act of her ass grinding on another guys crotch for an hour is as sexual as it can be without actually making out/anything further.

At this point I'm just confused and looking for people's opinions and I do know that in the end it's up to me and how I feel but I just need help :(

TL;DR Version: GF of 4 years and she has had a lot of issues with food/eating disorder/mom has ms/friends/fitting in. I've been through all of it and only asked her to be mine and just mine. Goes out clubbing with girls and dances with 2 guys, one for at least an hour. When asked about dance she says, "you know how I dance".

This hits home. Reminds me of my 18-19 year old self with my slutty party girl ex-girlfriend. Was so oblivious to her actions because I believed what she said.

I feel for this dude, I hope he has the balls to get out, and more balls to stay single so he can figure this shit out.
