I've been reading The Rational Male (which is an amazing book, but sometimes I don't get actionable points from it), the "beginners guide" here, and many posts of the community. But I think I still need a set of techniques or clear bullet points to work on, so I can develop the Alpha mindset and kill this Beta that keeps creeping out.

One side of this, for example, is the social aspect. I read a lot about "being an asshole", which I understand it more like being self-centered and not trying to be a nice guy (otherwise you can just end up with no friends if applied directly). But all I read about this is also vague and doesn't get to the core of it.
