Any advice on addressing the fact that my LTR apologizes way too often? Sometimes I am okay with it, but she apologizes for things that aren't her fault/out of her control. She has had an abusive relationship before and I believe it stems from that.

Is there a proper way to figure this out with her? I almost feel like any way I approach this to reassure her that it's not necessary is okay. I do like it when it's done submissively. There are plenty of times where it's not needed though.
