24 (M) How could I develop a normal attitude towards sex?

I was raised in family in which talking about sex was Taboo so parents didn't give any sex education, and form inner idea that sex is something bad/shamefull.

How could I restore normal attitude towards sex, and talk about it freely, ask for it when I need.
