Recently she told me that "I am the one and that she is falling in love with me" (LMAO) and that she wants to start getting more serious because her dad is 75 years old and she wants him to see her get married before he dies.

She's told the same thing to many other men. Maybe even some behind your back.

What is the correct method and words to end on good terms and doing it respectfully?

If she's really BPD, you can't. She's going to burn your whole world down. Take it from me, a guy who actually had that happen.

If I had to change anything I wouldn't have broken up with her, I would have put on an act, cried every day and made myself so wimpy and repulsive that she would have broken up with me.

The most respectful way to break up with her is by being honest with her. Tell her why you are dumping her. Whether she decides to take it easily or hard is her business, but it isn't your business after that. I'll have to tell you though, the fact that she has BPD, and that she is a woman in which they take rejection terribly anyway, be fully prepared for this woman to make you out as the villain and run you down to everybody that she knows!
