I’m a 20 YO in excellent shape. I do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Marine ROTC, studying Electrical Engineering. This summer I’ve saved $7,000 working as a miner.

For the most part, all my confidence issues come from my under developed chin. Think of Donald Trump Jr., except I can’t even grow a beard to cover it up properly. I’m 165lbs and have a double chin because of this. My chin should be a direct 90 degree angle where my neck is, instead it’s more at a 45 degree angle.

My question is has anyone gotten any cosmetic surgery to fix their chin? It would cost me around $5,000 to get an operation done and I would have to clear it with my ROTC Captain and pick a time where I had 2-3 weeks to recover. I do jaw exercises every day, use skin firming cream to tighten the neck skin, and have been on an incredible low-carb diet to try and burn excess skin fat, of which I’m certain at this point there isn’t any.

I just want to be confident with my look. I’m very blessed to be born the way I am, but I would like to destroy this last source of unconfidence I have when I talk to women. I can’t even take a good picture half the time because I look like an idiot.
