Hey guys

I've noticed how hard it is for me to internalize these lessons, as rational and true as they are. I sit here, and read and read and read, and then go out into the world only to make similar mistakes again and again.

I'm sure others struggle with the same issue, how have some of you created new and lasting {healthier} behaviors?

I think I may try to keep log of my mistakes. At the end of the day sit down and write down all of my blue-pill behaviors for the day, and what I should have done instead. Maybe that's a way to cement them more into my mind. Maybe it's human nature, but my mind does everything it can to forget my mistakes, maybe because they are painful and shame-inducing.

Yesterday for example, I walk into the gym and there is a cute girl at the counter while I check in, and she's giving me IOI, and I totally flub. Over talk, talk too fast, mumble. It's just too pathetic to continue with, I need to hack my mind and fix this shit
