So in the book models Mark says that women will invest time and other resources if they see potential. If that's what stopping you from making moves then you should fuck it outta your mind and get you some. Just be real and open to change my man.

throw parties/kickbacks all the time (obv not sacrificing school and shit). Be extremely social and go to lots of stuff. Then once you are "in", invite people to parks or concerts or downtown or swimming or whatever and LEAD the group to different places. Ideally you want to be the social leader who knows everyone, is the center of every event, etc. Focus on winning over the top guys, and the girls will follow as long as you apply trp.

Focus on your future self. Go to school, get your work done, lift, and out you have extra time keep gaming girls. I have plenty of plates, a great job, and overall great life. But I would trade it all to be 17 and ability to "start over" with the knowledge I have now. Forget the girls, chase success.

Wait until you’re a high school senior and talk to freshmen girls. At that age, even a difference like that is significant to them. The value you can have at your age is basically physical looks, game, and relative status.
