Had a date last night. Went pretty well, but my game was shakey at times. She was giving me some IOIs but think she had some preferences for what she wants that I didn’t line up with.

She was pretty warm but on walk to car she got weird and signed off with “appreciating the date”, and other very formal lines, which I tried to give her shit for.

Anyway, we have similar taste in music and happen to be going to three of the same shows within next two months. I messaged her after the date to get her number and tried to flirt about something we were talking about with the shows.

She responded next morning saying “I’m not sure I see anything but us being friends and maybe meeting at shows! But if you’re game for that – her #” . Soft next, or text her and tell her to text me if she wants to go to show some time where I can recalibrate, and then never text her again unless she wants to hang out?
