Suicide is never a good option outside of things that stretch the definition of suicide, like refusing cancer treatment when it won't significantly improve your quality of life.

There's no such thing as a guy who "can't" get over themselves, just guys who don't. Maybe they need outside help, maybe they don't, but they aren't truly hopeless.

Suicide ends your story at your lowest point, but there is so much more that can happen. I think many incels need to get treated for depression, from what I've seen. Depression tints your memory and makes everything seem hopeless and eternal, so you future seems hopeless and constant as well. However, life is varied and exciting on the scale of decades. Suicide replaces any variety in your future with the steady state of decay that we'll all reach in a couple decades anyway.

It is never a good option.
