TL,DR Check bones, jawline and chin: get rid of the puffiness in your face. This is the single most important and overlooked changeable factor we possess.

I'm 5'10 and my weight will fluctuate between low 170s (fitness mode) to the mid-180s (holiday binge mode). I kid you not, you can use the reaction from women as a scale. They are so finely in-tune. The correlation is very direct and specific: every pound you lose, the amount of looks, attention and other IOIs increase (and vice-versa). So far, all of this is self-evident.

Except.... something happens when I get to the finish line in terms of my fitness when that last bit of puffiness from my cheeks and fat under my chin are gone from my face. When I'm in my intense fitness modes and my weight is at my target..... the world changes, like you're in a science fiction movie where you're suddenly in a strange reality.

Up unto this point, the IOIs from women are trickling along at a slow yet consistent pace and, BOOM!^smoke!^Explosion! once you cross over this finish-line-threshold, the amount of interests explodes. Everywhere you go you catch women glancing at you. Everywhere. Think of a stock-market graph that, all of a sudden, skyrockets to huge number. The supermarket (especially from employees), latina housekeepers at work, women standing next to their boyfriends, lots of old ladies too lol, girls smiling across the bar. Twilight Episode.

So now let's get specific: The reason this is happening is absolutely clear as day. Your body fat percentages needs to be a point where you don't have a double chin, cheekbones and jawline exposed.
