As you can see, the topic relates to sexual strategy and makes zero reference to involuntary celibacy, overtly or otherwise, for men or women.

Enough justification: my personal question is with the framing of "fall for".

The short answer is that yes, I have responded to such attempts at seduction from homely women, but I don't think that "fall for" is appropriate.

If she's doing the kind of stuff in the OP, I will see what she's doing and depending on what's on offer I'll encourage it or shut it down.
