Are you heeding TRP's advice to go to the gym and get swole? Great! But does that mean you're out of BetaVille^TM yet? Not necessarily... let me share a story:

Today was chest day, so I met up with my buddy to get started with our routine (let's call him "B"). My friend is huge, he runs a site on lifting and he's a great motivation to me. This guy is alpha as fuck and he's on the older side (he won't tell me his age, I guessed that he was 24 and he said "much older" so he's probably early 30's; he's still "single").

So, we're doing our normal thing and in the corner of my eye I couldn't help but notice this girl who kept looking at the two of us pumping iron. I have a "forget girls and workout" policy in the gym, but it went out the window when I was certain she was checking "B" out. She was the typical gym bimbo - young, tight yoga pants to show off her assets, small stature, decent face. Two or three exercises later she's still glancing at us from the mirror and hanging around us. She then starts talking to another dude and he starts helping her out with some machines.

I'm in France and "B" speaks some English so I asked him if he knew what the phrase "Fuck her right in the pussy" meant. He laughed and asked me why I brought it up, I told him, "that girl over there has been eyeing you down all day." His face became more serious and he put his finger up towards his mouth as if to silence me.

"You see that guy right there? That's her boyfriend. He bought a gym membership here 3 days ago because he heard that I was sleeping with his girlfriend."

I look to my right and no more than 10 feet away from us was a decent-looking athletic dude who was handling some dumbbells.

"Lui [him]?"

"Ouais," he said with a smile and in broken English proceeded with, "I told zis girl that I do not want boyfriend drama, so she need to stop talking to me. That is why she look at me so much today."

I left the conversation at that, gave my buddy a high five, and repeated the well known phrase in my head...

Alpha fucks, Beta Bucks, even in the gym. I looked at the poor sap one last time before going for the day; I mean, how do you not flat out leave a cheating GF? He probably heard the two of us laughing at his expense which somehow made my post workout meal taste so much better.
