Obesity rates aren't so high in men and women in their 20s and 30s. It only happens when people get older. The US statistic accounts for everyone across all generations.

Maybe a lot of people are overweight in their 20s and 30s but they are never super fat. And good looking people even when they are fat generally still look decent.

And as we know, face > physique as long as the physique isn't too terrible.

Plus, many incels are manlets (I'm a prime example).

Anecdotal evidence is social retardation. I did a purposeful mix of engaging earnestly and shitting on them, they responded to getting shit on and disregarded earnestness.
