Isn't a womans RMV closely tied to her looks since men don't care about career?

Looks play a part in RMV for both genders because partners have to look at each other and appreciate each other aesthetically beyond the bedroom, but of course there are many more elements to RMV than just looks.

Would being a billionaire give someone a high(10/10) RMV even if they lack high rmv personality traits?

Not necessarily, because he may be unpleasant to be around in one way or another despite having a lot of money, or he may be a cheapskate and not spend his money, in which case what good is having a lot of money in a relationship?

SMV is what gets the opposite sex's attention, RMV is what gets the opposite sex to be willing to put up with you.

For some people, a SAHM is a requirement. For some, it's a deal breaker. RMV is extremely subjective, but universally it is being attentive to your partner's needs.

I would say a womans RMV is mainly a mixture of looks and agreeableness. Look nice and be nice.

For a man I would say looks, a balance between alpha and beta traits, status, responsibility, and ability to provide/protect.

It's hard to do male RMV on a 1-10 scale as women see actual 5s on an objective scale as being far below average. An actual objective 5 is chunky/obese with mediocre fashion sense and possesses too many beta qualities. They don't understand women and their attempts to please/ placate them ultimately ends in frustration for both partners. They are also low to lower middle class.

An RMV 5 woman is obese but wears decent clothes/makeup and is highly disagreeable in the context of a relationship (narcisistic, controlling, emotionally volatile, high maintenance and emotionally abusive).

Having a billion dollars will raise RMV for a man but have a more complicated effect on a womans RMV. Hypergamy will kick in and I don't even know how extremely rich women date/behave.
