No. It stems from being selected for strength and protectorship qualities by women over the course of millions of years, and that's it. I don't think men are the "superior" sex. I can't really say who is, but I can say that if men suddenly disappeared, I think the women could do without us. The reverse is not nearly as true, although it's merely technical - women already have the baby manufacturing built in, and just need a way to supply genetic material. Men have the genetic material, and would simply need baby manufacturing machines.

It'd be easier for women to get that done than for men to get that done.
