Why include the police part of it...? I'm really not sure what you would be hoping to accomplish with said shirt. It's more confusing than anything else because of that.

If I walked past a white male wearing a shirt that just said "I'm a white woman", I'd assume they were making a personal statement about the social aspects of gender expectations and roles. If it didn't look like they were busy, I may even go ask them about it, because I'd be curious what their message was.

Interestingly, Swedish hooligans (who are, according to the law of the land, forbidden to enter stadiums while having their faces covered) put on a niqab to the same effect (because, also according to the law of the land, religious garbs have to be tolerated - remember, this is Sweden we're talking about).

This is basically a more realistic approach to the question above: What if someone who belongs to one group tries to appropriate privileges granted to another he clearly does not belong to by pretending to belong to that group or just claiming to belong to said group (without any actual pretense)?
