Went on a date last Friday with a girl, went well, escalated well and got the k close halfway through the night. Continued escalating but was met with reluctance to get in a taxi back to my place all of a sudden when it arrived despite being very keen prior to that, asking if I had pyjamas etc.

When the taxi came she just said she “couldn’t do it” and that was that, I left.

She’s been away all week and hasn’t reached out to me at all this week (I haven’t hit her up at all, but left her to it), but she texted me last night saying “been so busy, so for no text. Hope work is going well x”

How do I respond? In my head I’d kinda soft nexted her because of the lack of contact but now I’m unsure how to reply. Any advice?
