Some stereotypes that hold back non Asian women from going after Asian men. (Especially brown women)

Many Asian me. exclusively want to date Asian women and/or have parents that will give them a hard time if they marry a non Asian woman. I know this because in my background it's the same although things are changing
1. they expect women to be skinnier but most women non Asian women (e.g. Latina or black women) generally don't have a skinny Asian frame.
They aren't necessarily nice to women

That said, I knew a married couple where the wife is a tall, very dark skinned alek wek look alike and her husband is a short Asian guy and they have the most beautiful children I had ever seen.

Wars and invasions generally aren't good ways to change cultural mindsets/attitudes. Did the War In Iraq suddenly make Iraqis accept secular classical-liberal democracy? Japanese nationalism still survives even after WW2's new Japanese constitution, and indeed that nationalism is festering with resentment. WW1 greatly inflamed German nationalism and the treaty of Versailles only made such nationalism intensify (due to wounded pride) to the point where we eventually got Hitler and World War 2.

A takeover by an Asian power would do the opposite of what you'd suggest. It would intensify anti-Asian sentiment amongst white people.

The only way I can see this NOT happening is if there is tons of interbreeding amongst the populations, and this typically has to be forced (a member of an occupying force clearly has power over a citizen of the occupied territory, after all). The Spanish were extraordinarily successful colonizers in part because they interbred with natives. I am CERTAINLY not defending what they did, but interbreeding actually makes people sexier; for the most part the average human is wired to find genetic diversity attractive since its an indicia of strong immune systems (the flipside is that people with fetishes for specific ethnicities are VERY into those specific ethnicities). Mediterranean Europeans interbred more than Northern/Central Europeans, hence we get the stereotype of Spanish-Italian-French sexiness.

Would that make Asian men sexy? No, it would make them less Asian. "Ethnic purity" is not sexy to most people (there are sizeable exceptions of course). Europe had tons of interbreeding amongst its native inhabitants (and Europeans often interbreed with non-Europeans), so there's lots of genetic diversity there. From what I know about Asia, Asian nationalism tends to make people less likely to marry/date/reproduce with people who are outside their nationality, and this may be responsible for a substantial reduction in genetic diversity within Asia (this is just a theory though).

Do Asians lose the "genetic lottery" in some ways? Yeah. If we're going in terms of "who looks the most hypermacho" well frankly there are lots of European guys with similar complexes about African men. If it helps, women generally aren't into hulking preposterone (they're more into "handsome" with agile-but-well-defined musculature than "rugged" with immense bodybuilder physiques - note the difference!), but I understand the anxiety. Asian men are generally physically smaller than European men, and Asian culture fetishizes height (at least the Chinese do, not sure about others).

But I guess if I wanted to offer advice...

Asians can be made hotter through getting over their nationalisms and interbreeding. This will also boost immune systems. This won't happen because Everyone's A Little Bit Racist, especially in Asia.

Alternatively, Asians of partial-European ancestry (Filipinos for example) may have a built-in advantage here.

Alternatively, find a European person of the opposite sex to procreate with.

But let me make this clear: Asians do not have an "inferior genetic legacy" or anything. Frankly, I think culture is more powerful than biology in many ways, and Asian cultures have produced works of incredible aesthetic and culinary value. Sure, Asian dudes look a bit 'delicate' on average, but it doesn't mean they're inferior.
