I’ll be damned if anyone raises their voice to me at work, man or woman. That is not to be tolerated, although sadly it’s normalized in our bullshit work culture. Toxic people will often take advantage of young people who are too naive to know their rights, along with people who just hate confrontation. So not yelling is not HV, it just means you’re a professional adult.

I don't consider not raising your voice at work to be HV, it's just basic... acceptable behaviour. I would 100% put someone on paper for raising their voice to me in the workplace.
