This strikes me as an attempt to shame men for alpha behavior. It's not about courtesy. It's about the fact that strong alpha men take up space. Weak willed women and their beta toadies want to shame men for such behavior. Of course this pathetic attempt to make an issue out of nothing only makes me want to spread out more when I ride the train.

Plus, despite the hamstering of the article, it really is an issue of squashing the boys. Crossing my legs or keeping them close in is damned uncomfortable. While I'd like to say it's my huge manly balls, realistically it's probably because I have big quads from lifting (with my balls being regular ass normal balls).

On the image however, my only thing about it is he takes up too much space. if it is a ride with much available seating its nothing, but on a really busy day I think its more ideal to use less space for the train/bus to be able to accommodate more passengers.
