Red pill as in:

sexist, amoral, non-sugarcoated and/or realistic/unromantic?

In my experience (and I am interested in your experience), women give more red pill-like advice, while men are more likely to give advice that is romantic and try not to be sexist (while being romantic they often say something sexist like "women want xy", but not sexist as in "women are [insert derogatory thing here]") or offensive.

Bonus question: If there is a difference in your social circle between the advice men and women give, why do you think that is?

In my social circle and the people I get to know, the reason seems to be that women are more experienced with the dating life. Difference in media selection could also be a factor.
