IIRC prenups aren't set in stone 100%. There's really no upside when it comes to marriage. CRP breaks down there's only 3 things a woman can give you
-Companionship
-Sex
-Children

None of those 3 things require you to be married to her.

Women are hypergamous and on the lookout for better.

Men are still expected to be bread winners. Women have the option to be or not to be.

Women are protected by the state.

There is a lack of accountability for bad actions taken by women which can tear apart families and communities.

In old days, you will need to get married to have sex legally. Women will also have to not be sluts and stay loyal to their partner in order to obtain resources.

Its now possible to get pussy without marriage. But its also now possible for women to make their own income, cheat without accountability and still have the government back them up thanks to secular laws. Also modern society has seen a decline in the requirement of physical strength for jobs- Again this works against men as physical prowess is one key feature men have over women. But it is no longer needed now.

Women have no need for mens resources or physical strength anymore. Men are simply their play things and use men either for their money or their dicks. Both which can come extremely easy for her simply because she is a woman. Women have always been about practicality and being pragmatic. If securing a mate that makes decent income is a way for to reach whatever goal she had then she will do it. If that level of income drops, why would she stick around? Theres another dick around the corner waiting to save her.

I cant say the same for guys. Although if a guy can work on himself to get sex with ease and make good money then he will be unstoppable as a person.

The way western marriage is designed is to take all the power away from man and to hand it to the woman and that woman is backed up by the state.

Religious laws used to keep women in check. And its pretty clear to see why they were strict on women.

Be smart and look out for yourself. Women cheat ALOT. I have seen it. And have been with women that had partners and to them cheating was nothing.

You will pay child support if you don't have 100% custody- married or unmarried. The only way to avoid it, would be to get nearly full custody and/or have an ex that makes way more than you. Typically court will screw the higher earner (which thanks to hypergamy is usually the guy in a pair, but not always). Alimony depends on jurisdiction. Marital property is a function of divorce settlement, years together, and judges opinion. Most people are misandrist, so don't expect a break.

If you have kids, being married puts you in a better position than being single, but once again depends on local laws.

Also just living together for a short period of time can put you in a legal status similar to that of a husband with regards to property.
