If you want a long term thing, you can aford to meet a girl from another state/county. Keep that in mind.

I dated one women who had a kid at 16 and was not living with her. Minimal baggage here.

hot/average is all subjective. For me a 10/10 body but no degree or proper job is pass. Buts its true most women are looking to lock you down. I am 31, from bay area and 80% of matches were older than me. Being in tech gives them provider vibes.
