They feel unnatural. Also, depending on on the type they can cause physical problems including sclera derma and auto-immune problems. Maybe some dudes like, but I prefer natural titties.

Younger girls not really a fan. The older they get the more viable an option they can be.

It depends. Most girls that use them were very flat-chested so they look very unnatural after the implant since the skin expands. The best tits I've ever seen in my life were from a girl that had big breasts but added some implants to make them look perkier. They were big, perky, and felt natural to the touch. Best tits ever.

Not against them, its up to the individual what they do with their body. but I don't like the look or feel of them. I also prefer small natural breasts than big natural breasts, big boobs make the girl look fat, and they also sag quite badly when they get older. and if you are into any kind of sport you'll hate having big boobs after a while.

If they fix something broken, not against. But usually they just enhance and overdoes something which was pretty good all along. In this case it's kind of dumb idea to get implants

I think it was in the early chapters of The Rational Male, it read along lines: Women can fix things on the outside, but it all comes from the core: Unhappy/broken/insecure/reasons.

In general, inplants show this insecure behaviour. Unless she had breast tissue removal due to breast cancer, then that is a whole different story.
