I can get out of bed at 8 with some difficulty but I still manage to get it done. When I set the alarm for 6 or even 7 I wake up no problem but can't bring myself out of bed. It's like I don't value the headstart and I just stare at the ceiling until I go back to sleep. I just don't want it enough.

I have strong willpower throughout the day, I lift consistently, train BJJ/wrestling, bust my ass in school, cold showers, and play sports. I'm enjoying success in my life, women included, but this is the one thing that I'm failing at. My willpower is non-existent in the morning except in high-pressure situations (i.e. exam in the morning or serious job) where I can get out of bed 5-6 no problem.

My mood for the rest of the day depends on whether or not I can get out of bed early in a low-pressure situation. If I fail I feel like shit for the rest of the day.

For those of you who do get up between 5-6AM, tell me how it has made you better or how the habit has aligned with you achieving your goals? Hearing from you guys will shift my mindset to value this habit so I can just fucking do it.
