Don’t take business, you can’t learn business through education. You learn business by setting one up, failing, learning and experiencing. Learn to code, learn to develop products, learn a science, engineering, something that contains a creative output. Learning business will do nothing but put you in a debt hole with a degree. Fuck that noise.

Normally, you'd make a business based on some sort of technical proprietary skill that someone else cannot provide, or provide easily/cheaply. So the answer is, you don't need college to start a business. I have a business, but no degree in business. Google tells you how to start your LLC, and your lawyer and accountant tell you how to convert it to S-CORP when the time is right.

Having a business degree would of been a waste for me. What was good was knowing how to talk to people and make connections. They don't teach you that in school, though.

Instead, learn something that many people cannot. Engineering, a science, or something of this nature would be at least somewhat useful.

A business degree will prepare you for being an accountant, an auditor, or a middle manager at a huge company. Entrepreneurship requires a whole different set of skills which I doubt any school is teaching. The way to learn entrepreneurship is to do it. Just always be on the lookout for opportunities, especially small opportunities for now. Whether it's goods or services you sell, the biggest thing is to get in the habit of noticing those opportunities and trying to do something with them.

STEM, bro. Do not get a business degree. Science, technology, engineering or math. You wanna make money? That's where its at.
