You came to the right place. Follow the following steps:

Don't post after this. Read, the sidebar, other posts, etc. For at least a month, probably more. It's a lot to learn
You'll go through the anger phase once it all soaks in. It is just this, a phase. Go through it.
Go into monk mode to improve yourself, and at the same time, start talking to everybody (not just girls). Do it without expecting to get laid, just do it as a practice. Get used to being rejected. Learn.
Once you make some changes (lifting, changing your attitude), women will start paying attention. It is easy to lose focus. Don't think you're there yet. Keep at what you were doing in 3.

I'm going to tell you a little secret: Guys make a distinction between a girl's body and her face. We'll talk about a girl having an 8 body but a 5 face. Girls really don't do this as much. It doesn't matter how cute a boy's face is, if he is a 90 lbs weakling, she won't be attracted to him. Do this test: Look at all the guys in the room of one of your HS classes. How many of them actually have an attractive face? I'd say out of 15, you'd probably be lucky to find 2. So don't worry about your face.

With all that said... You have a huge opportunity to raise your SMV by improving your body, making sure your groom well, and taking care of your hygiene. Your body is a huge one.
