How does TRP feel about the very severe restrictions placed on male affection and male bonding? For instance how many of you can comfortable say "I love you" and hug your fathers, sons, or brothers? If you can't I think it's probably because of restrictions on male displays of affection towards other males. You've probably felt a fine line between what you'd think was socially acceptable when showing a bond between you and your male friends. Is this a product of the female imperative scared of males finding loyalty and affection in each other instead of having to beg crumbs from females? Or is it more personal and deriving directly from male stoicism?
