I'm not a native English speaker, so sorry for the mistakes I'll make here.

I had a talk with a friend about something and I'd like to get your opinion.

I was dating one girl yesterday, very cute to be honest.

I did remember very well all the things I seem to be doing wrong in my last dates such as more kino, push pull and flirting in general and made sure to do all of them.

She was really receptive to the teases and quite neutral to the kino.

At some point (like after 1.5 hours, maybe a little less) she said she has to go as she wakes up really early the next morning (around 5 am, I know what she is doing for a living so I thought it's quite possible).

If it matters, we both live at home.

So, I told my friend about it that I'm quite sure she is just not interested, but he mentioned that it happened to him many times that the first date was relatively short and that the second date went always a lot better, and if we was fun and all of that during the date she might want to meet again.

What do you think? How often does it happen that not even a kiss has happened in the date, and she'll want to meet again for another one? Should I even bother trying? If so, should I try having a little of a chat before? Just the day after?
