You already have a relationship.

ONS, plate, FWB, girlfriend, lover, wife: they are all relationships, just different shapes and sizes.

Once you start defining the relationship, you have the problem of what that word means; it may mean something different to you, her and others.

Decide the kind of relationship you want to have with her now and just do that. Show it through your actions not through your words. Talking about it is putting all your cards on the table and inviting to be outplayed. If you only want to see her once a week, just see her once a week. She'll get the message...

Win through your actions, not with words. Don't tell her anything...just gently pull back and slowly become less available.

You probably made yourself too open to seeing her and conveyed a message that you want more than something casual.

She hasn't mentioned a relationship so make sure it's a SLOW pullback.

If a chick started pressuring me on this subject I would just calmly say something like "I like the place we're in right now and I don't want to rush things", then shut that particular topic down. If she persists - cut her loose.
