It's bullshit. Moderately less toxic yet bullshit nonetheless. It's still gender essentialist, misogynistic and wrong on most levels. There is a tiny chance that this book will direct you to genuine self-improvement but it fall into many of the traps of TRP.

The Book of Pook is a Bible for me.

Pook keeps changing my life everyday. I cant count how many times I have read this book.

This is the most important book I have ever read. Pook focuses on yourself not on women like PUA and not on thories like TRP. It opens your eyes to your own sexuality and the system mother nature has in place that unites men and women.

I gave this book to my younger brother on his birthday and I will certanly give it to my future son one day.

I usually highlight the things I find important in a book. I highlighted about 50% of the words in The Book of Pook. This is insane.
