I'd like to share something with all of you. It's a podcast I've been enjoying since shortly after its creation.

The Pressure Project [ Website , Youtube Channel ] is a podcast for masculine men, men that understand and appreciate the nature of masculine power.

It is hosted by Justin Garcia, a.k.a. 'Master Chim', a former professional MMA competitor, founder & head instructor of The Jungle Gym MMA Academy, powerlifter, author, and small business consultant. His co-host, Patrick Kelly a.k.a. 'White Boy Pat', is also an MMA academy instructor and (former?) competitor.

This is not a podcast about MMA.

Ever since I discovered the podcast, I've listened to it almost religiously. They've gone from once a week, to twice a week, to three times a week. They've transitioned from audio-only to video. They've interviewed guests such as Jack Donovan, Tom Kier, Royce Gracie, Colin Flaherty, James Bowery, Vladislav Koulikov, and Janet Bloomfield.

I watch the video podcast with my morning coffee every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Sometimes, I'll re-listen to the episodes while driving. It helps keep me in a powerful mindset throughout the day. With episode titles like Chivalry, White Knights, and Other Noble Psychoses; Men Study Violence ; Put Women In Their Place; Masters and Slaves: The Morality of Strength; and The Masculine Monomyth; I believe any of you on the path to becoming a more powerful man would benefit from giving this show a listen, as well.
