Dissolve like water into their crowd, always behave neutral boring reaction less. Blame your behaviour on some made up medical conditions.

If you are practicing medicine as Profession, install CCTVs and microphones everywhere. Everywhere.

Avoid consulting/admitting female patients. Never consult them F2F alone. Always include extra people.

Never get emotionally/physically attached no matter what. Never share personal thought, opinions in your profession. As others said be professional
