I think I found it... David Schnarch, Author of the Passionate Marriage ?

Sounds right. That’s the only book I read that calls frame as differentiation

Differentiation is a term often used in family therapy. Families or couples are either high differentiation or low. Low means boundaries are unclear and crossed easily, and the couple (in MRP context) has a hard time thinking of their self out side the marriage. High differentiation does imply better frame because the man sees the world through his own lens and what his partner does doesn’t effect him.

This is out of my textbook learning, masters in counseling. High differentiation is encouraged, so in a way family counseling if done by this theory actually encourages building frame.

The problem is most marriage counselors don’t use this theory and they often just end up being in a coalition with the wife. Of course, this stems from the blue pill conditioning of society, and counselors are not immune to the blue pill brainwashing

Holy moly.

Let’s mind fuck this to death, instead of getting to work on the sidebar and the gym

Yep.. like the faggot awhile back who tried to equate this to quantum physics and the double clit experiment.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
