she frames it, and you reply, acknowledging it.

she says she wants to delete it, you say that is justified, it sucks.

she says she is being treated like shit, you acknowledge it and are empathetic

she vents about what she wants, and you acknowledge and normalise it.

she again says what she wants, you acknowledge it and confirm thats normal.

she again says everyone is treating her like shit, you again acknowledge it.

she says she never dated, you again comply, empathise, acknowledge, share.

she says shes not pretty enough, you respond to that

she says she is not nice enough to get a bf, you respond to that.

the one that really did my head in:

she said "guys dont really talk to me"

and you said "all i can do is say giving up isnt the right move"

She is seeking your validation on basically anything and you respond with empathy (beta move), sharing you have the same insecurities and ask for her validation.
