Girl asks how many girls I’ve slept with

Just met in a group isolate go to her room. Making out and all that stuff and she says “How many girls have you slept with probably a lot”. I said “A gentleman never tells” but I feel that’s kind of a lame thing to say. What’s a better thing to say to deflect or avoid telling when they ask you point blank like this.
