Start spinning plates and reading a lot of TRP books

Have you tried putting 300 lb on your back and squatting? It kills the beta very fast, but start small.

put yourself first and above everyone else for starters

reading the sidebar and rational male etc will also obviously help a lot but there is nothing quite like real life experience so go and get that experience with women

It's not an overnight process, it takes time (it's a marathon, not a sprint). Killing the beta, is simply getting rid of the bloop conditioning and habits. You do that one by one, not altogether.

For example, you have AA, start talking and approaching women, when you get good at that, start working on game/frame, then escalation, sex etc.

Gym, start 5x5, then after you master that and put some gains, change to more advanced.

It applies to everything, not just women.
